Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClipChum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClipChum is an AI-powered image and video generation platform. The Service allows users to generate photorealistic images and videos using AI models, upload reference images for face-consistent generation, and export content for various platforms.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ClipChum.

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive 10 free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased through Polar.sh. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Credits do not expire.
• Credit costs vary by generation type, model, and duration. The cost is displayed before each generation.
• Failed generations due to provider errors will not be charged credits.

You agree not to use ClipChum to:

• Generate content depicting real people without their explicit consent.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content intended to deceive or defraud.
• Generate content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.
• Produce content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or credit systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying APIs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

When uploading face reference images, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit consent from any identifiable person whose likeness appears in the uploaded image.
• You will not upload images of minors.
• You accept full responsibility for the use of any face reference images you upload.

ClipChum is not liable for any misuse of face reference features by users.

• You retain ownership of content you upload to ClipChum (prompts, reference images).
• AI-generated content is provided to you for your use. Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of underlying AI model providers (fal.ai, Replicate).
• You grant ClipChum a limited license to process your uploads and prompts solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.
• Generated content will be free from defects or artifacts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipChum and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClipChum in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination.
